What you’ll need:FullSizeRender-49

  • felt
  • an other piece of fabric
  • an ribbon
  • needle and thread
  • a press stud or velcro
  • cardboard

Step 1: Cut two pieces of fabric the length of your phone and the width of twice your phone+a few centimetres extra. Also cut two pieces of cardboard with the outline of your phone like this:

Step 6: Insert your cardboard pieces and sew alongside the edges of the cardboard to make sure it stays in place. Before sewing down the strip, however, inset you phone and sew around it to make sure it will fit later on.

Step 7: Cut off the left side of your wide strip, and sew down around the cardboard on this side too.

Step 8: Cut off all the loose strings and fabric edges.

And you’re done! I think it looks really cute and the technique with the strips gives the case an unique look.
